A signature is required for FedEx Super Express, Express and some Economy Home deliveries. If you will not be available to sign for your package but you'd still like FedEx to leave it for you, contact a Customer Service Representative IMMEDIATELY AFTER placing your order and we will see if this can be arranged. Please be aware that if you wait too long and the order ships, we will not be able to modify it.
Note: For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Delivery time includes 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday EXCEPT FedEx Economy Home Delivery, which is shipped Tuesday-Saturday for your convenience.
All communication regarding order status is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an Email confirmation at the address listed in your Torrid.com profile. Please await this email confirmation and notify us if confirmation is not received. In addition, we will also notify you via Email if there are any issues regarding your order. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order, destination and the shipping method you choose.

| Hazardous Materials |
Due to airline restrictions, products such as perfume, make-up and incense are considered hazardous materials and they cannot be shipped on airplanes due to the possibility of leakage. These items can only be delivered within the 48 Continental United States using FedEx Economy Home Delivery shipping, so they may take longer to ship.
If you live within the 48 Continental United States, and your order contains items considered hazardous materials, you have two shipping options:
- You can have your entire order shipped via FedEx Economy Home Delivery.
- You can place separate orders, one with the hazardous materials shipped via FedEx Economy Home Delivery and one with the rest of your order shipped via expedited shipping.
If you live outside the 48 Continental United States, we will not be able to ship items considered hazardous materials to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

FedEx Super Express delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii only. Pending availability and credit card approval, orders will arrive in 2-3 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Torrid in Southern California by FedEx and delivered by FedEx. Signature may be required at time of delivery.
FedEx Standard Overnight is not an option for Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or US territory addresses.

FedEx Puerto Rico Priority delivery is available to customers located in Puerto Rico only. Pending availability and credit card approval, orders will arrive in 2-4 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Torrid in Southern California by FedEx and delivered by FedEx.
FedEx Puerto Rico Priority is not an option for the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, other US territories or International addresses.

USPS Express delivery is available to International addresses and Guam only. Pending availability and credit card approval, orders will arrive in 10-14 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Torrid in Southern California by USPS and delivered by a local carrier within your country. USPS Express is not an option for US or APO/FPO addresses. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Torrid cannot anticipate these fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the US Postal Service to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to designate any package as a gift.

| USPS Priority |
This method is available for Military addresses & the Virgin Islands shipping addresses only. All USPS Priority shipments are subject to delays, and may take 6-8 weeks to arrive at the final destination. Tracking detail is not available for this particular shipping method. However, the percentage of USPS Priority shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1%, and we consider them a very reliable shipping source for all designated destinations. All Priority shipments will be shipped when there is a minimum of 50 pounds in packages to be delivered. Upon meeting the minimum weight requirement, USPS Priority will pick up on Tuesday and/or Friday of that week. This makes all shipments via USPS Priority subject to delays of 1-2 weeks before the order ships out.
