Please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item number(s) and description(s) of the item(s) you are returning or exchanging
  • Whether you are requesting a return or exchange
  • The item number(s) and description(s) of what you would like in exchange, if applicable
  • Your approval to charge your credit card for the exchanged item(s) being shipped

Return/Exchange Policy

  • All Clearance items purchased on Torrid.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date listed on the front of this receipt. Torrid items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.
  • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
  • Torrid.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit if they do not have a FedEx label issued by the Torrid Customer Service Team.

Returns are easy and FREE within the U.S.!

  1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and request a prepaid FedEx return label.
  2. Attach the return label to your package and take it to any FedEx facility/authorized drop-off location.
  3. All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued by our Torrid.com Customer Service Team. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned.

Exchanges

  1. Contact Torrid Customer Service to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and to select the item(s) you would like in exchange.
  2. You will be charged for the new item(s). When we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund.
  3. If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue you a refund for the returned item(s).

International Returns/Exchanges

We’re sorry, but if you live outside the U.S., we will not be able to provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse you for return postage costs.

Please contact Torrid Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and then return the item(s) using any shipping method available.

We recommend you use a method that can be insured and tracked. Torrid is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Torrid will not assume responsibility for any additional international shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
