I forgot my password. What should I do?

A: Click here and enter your E-mail address. We’ll send your username and password to your E-mail. You can also click the “I forgot my password” link on the My divastyle Account Log In page then enter your E-mail.

How do I correct the birth date on my account?

A: Click here, select “Technical Internet Questions,” from the E-mail options then enter your correct birth date and the E-mail address that was used to register. We will update your information and send you a confirmation E-mail regarding the change to your account.

How can I model for Torrid?

A: We use a combination of agency models and nonprofessional models, sizes 12-20, for product images on Torrid.com. For more information on our requirements and on how to submit an application, vist our Modeling Info page.

Does Torrid.com have a printed catalog?

A: Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog. Our merchandise changes too rapidly for a printed catalog to stay current. Since we add new items daily, visit Torrid.com frequently!

I'm looking for a specific item, but I no longer see it online. Can I still get it?

A: If an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time, but we may be able to find out if it's coming back in. Just click here and select "General Product Questions" from the E-mail options. Include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We'll find out if and when it's coming back in!

Does the Website sell the same merchandise as the stores?

A: No. Due to space constraints, not every item online is available for purchase in our stores. Torrid.com frequently offers items exclusive to our Internet store.

Are the prices on the Website the same as what I'd find in the store?

A: Regularly priced merchandise is the same, whether you purchase it in a store or online. Promotional prices may vary on occasion, however.

How do I find a Torrid store in my area?

A: Use our Store Locator tool to search by state or ZIP code. It can even map directions for you!

How can I join the Torrid team?

A: Visit the Torrid Jobs page. You’ll be able to view available positions and print out an application, too. You must be at least 16 years old to apply.
