Any Torrid customer age 13* or older may enroll in the divastyle program (the “Program”). Enrolled customers must present their divastyle card or number at the time of purchase for purchase to qualify towards the Program. Employees of Hot Topic, Inc. (referred to herein as “we”, “our” and “us”) are ineligible for divastyle membership.

Rewards and Offers

To be eligible for divastyle rewards and offers, you must be a Member. To become a “Member”, you must enroll in the Program and earn a cumulative total of 250 or more points at any participating Torrid store or at www.torrid.com.  As a Member, you receive a 5% discount on all eligible purchases for 12 months beginning on the day you become a Member (the “Membership Period”) when you present your divastyle card or number at the time of purchase.  Within the last 60 days of each Membership Period, you must earn an additional 250 points in order to maintain your status as a Member for the next 12-month Membership Period, or your membership and rewards will expire. Divastyle rewards and offers, including the 5% discount reward, do not apply towards the purchase of gift cards unless specified otherwise in any promotion. Your enrollment in the Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Program and these Terms and Conditions, including the FAQs, at any time and without notice.  Current Terms and Conditions can be readily accessed at www.torrid.com and in each of our stores, or a copy can be requested by calling 866-867-7431. Your divastyle membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to exclude individuals from the Program. It is your sole responsibility to notify us of any changes to your divastyle account information. We are not liable for any errors or omissions that may occur in connection with the maintenance of the divastyle account information or other matters related to divastyle accounts, including the calculations of divastyle rewards.

We share your personally identifiable information (including divastyle membership information) with third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at http://community.torrid.com/torrid/customer_service/security_privacy.asp and in each of our stores, or a copy can be requested by calling 866-867-7431. Please review our Privacy Policy for a full description of our privacy practices. Except with respect to sharing your information for divastatus credit card prescreening, we provide you the opportunity to opt out of our sharing this information with third parties for their marketing purposes. If you would like to opt out of that sharing, you may do so by calling Torrid Customer Service at 866-867-7431.
