WHERE I WORK:
I work at different schools located throughout Los Angeles. I work for a nonprofit organization as a makeup artist instructor. It’s an after-school program designed to keep kids in a positive environment as opposed to getting into trouble after school. I’m also working with a local organization to put on an event for our local veterans, in appreciation of them and what they have done for our country.

WHY I LOVE FASHION:
The reason I love fashion so much is because it’s the biggest way for me to express myself. The way I feel is definitely represented in the way I dress for the day. I can be a 1950s pinup one day and a rocker the next. Besides makeup, it’s the best way for me to express myself.

THE FASHION ICON I MOST IDENTIFY WITH IS:
Bridget Bardot, because she was the essence of classic beauty, glamorous and chic.

IF I WERE AN ITEM OF CLOTHING OR ACCESSORY, WHAT WOULD I BE AND WHY?
Skinny jeans, because they show off my curves and fit great.

WHY I LOVE TORRID:
I have been a plus-sized girl my entire life, and I’ve struggled to find stylish clothing that fit well. When I was about 16 years old, I found Torrid, and I’ve been in love ever since. Torrid has clothes that are made well, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into the way they fit. Torrid is always up on the newest fashion trends, which makes my life a lot easier.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything. Getting this far has been an awesome experience that I will always cherish.
