THE CITY I LIVE IN NOW:
I currently live in Fairbanks, Alaska, 30 minutes away from my parents’ house in North Pole, which I still consider home.

WHERE I WORK:
I have been with Zales Jewelers Corporation for the past three years. It’s pretty amazing to be able to share in making unforgettable memories with people. It’s so great to meet couples who have been together for 20 years or more. It gives me hope for the future.

WHERE I GO TO SCHOOL:
I am a freshman at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, planning on getting into the BFA program.

MY EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
I dabbled in a few sports in high school but ended up in art club. Even though I’m not involved in any kind of organization, I do spend a lot of my time working on art-related projects, like my YouTube videos.

WHY I LOVE FASHION:
I love fashion because it’s the first thing that people see when they look at you. It’s a key element in piecing together who the person standing in front of you is and what they’re about. It allows you to portray so many different parts of your personality. You can be sweet, sexy, strong, and sensual—all in one day, if you want! There’s an outfit for every emotion.

THE FASHION ICON I MOST IDENTIFY WITH IS:
I really don’t identify with anyone. There are so many different styles out there that I love. A lot of people tell me I have an old Hollywood look to me.

IF I WERE AN ITEM OF CLOTHING OR ACCESSORY, WHAT WOULD I BE AND WHY?
I would be jewelry. Probably a necklace. It’s wearable with anything. It can be worn for dressed-up or dressed-down occasions. I love big, bold necklaces with an extra zing!

WHY I LOVE TORRID:
I love Torrid because it allows me to be any kind of woman I want to be: indie, funky, preppy, sophisticated, sexy. They give me style for every part of my personality, the woman I am and the woman I want to be. All of me can be brought to life by finding the perfect outfit. Torrid does it all. They inspire confidence in beautiful, curvy women everywhere. It’s very hard to find flattering clothes when you’re full-figured. Most stores seem to sell only matronly plus-size clothing. Torrid has so many wonderful, funky patterns and textures. I also love that their clothes don’t wear like potato sacks!
