Where it came from: There’s no denying that since Fergie, aka Stacy Ferguson, joined the Black Eyed Peas, the hip-hop/pop group has rocketed into the stratosphere, thanks in no small part to her presence. With her swagger and street-savvy style, “The Dutchess” was a natural fit for a fashion line.
What it’s all about: Like Fergie herself, her brand is all about style and attitude, whether the attitude is sporty, fashion-forward or drop-dead glamorous. Her remix collection offers athletic shoes you can shake your humps in, while her Glitterati dress shoes make you feel flossy, flossy indeed. Summery wedges are perfect for trippin’ and fallin’ in love in, and her casual flats show us the down-to-earth—but still delicious—side of the BEP diva.
